The Eventuri Z4 B58 intake system is comprised of a series of components designed for a specific purpose and manufactured to the highest standards. Made from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber with no fiberglass, it features a smooth internal surface that maintains smoother airflow.

Each intake system consists of:

Dual-fuel carbon fiber airbox
Custom-built high-flow dry cone filter
Carbon fiber inlet pipe with 111 mm ID opening
CNC-machined temperature sensor mount
CNC-machined breather adapter
Gold-reflective heat shield
Laser-cut stainless steel brackets
Silicone coupler with OEM-spec clamps

Dual-Feed Carbon Fiber Airbox

Made of prepreg carbon fiber, the airbox seals the filter from engine compartment heat and provides a dual supply of cold air. Because the airbox is positioned next to the exhaust manifold, it’s crucial that the filter be completely sealed. Therefore, the airbox was designed to encapsulate the filter while providing ample internal volume. To seal the intake pipe, a laser-cut plate with a rubber sealing strip was designed to secure the airbox. The intake pipe passes through the plate, and the rubber seal ensures that heated air does not enter the airbox. To further reduce heat absorption, an additional heat shield with a gold reflective layer is placed on the side of the exhaust manifold, effectively combating radiant heat transfer.
