2. Orders and Shipping Time:
1. By placing an order through this website you undertake to purchase the products you have selected, in accordance with these Conditions of Sale.
2. Once orders are transmitted to the system, they are considered approved. Any changes or blocking can be made by prior agreement between the parties. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the order is correct before confirming it.
3. For orders placed through this site, upon confirmation, an email confirming the order you have just placed will be sent to your email inbox.
4. R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE offers its products on this site, manages and ships within the limit of their stock availability, which can vary from 3 to 15 working days and in some particular situations of products with specific requests or imported products the timing can vary between 15 and 30 working days as reported here, and we kindly ask you in case of urgency to ask us first, via whatsapp or via email, the actual / preventive delivery timing of the product you want (We will always try to have indicative dates but unfortunately there are some factors that we cannot control such as courier delays, strikes, rest days and holidays in the various countries of suppliers/distributors, lost packages, delays in general, poor/no availability of the product at the supplier).
To meet customer demands and have adequate warehouse storage, we receive material daily, however we are not able to predict stocks and guarantee the entire range available in stock.
On each listing there is an information table, just below “ADD TO CART”, there you will find the delivery times if the product is “Available to order” (REMEMBER TO CALCULATE IN WORKING DAYS SINCE COURIERS AND COMPANIES ARE NOT OPERATIONAL ON SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS).
5. R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse orders, particularly in the case of previous unpaid or abandoned orders.
6. The data recorded through our site will constitute proof of the order and the entire transaction. The data recorded through the payment system will constitute proof of the financial transaction.
3. Shipping Costs:
1. The prices applicable to the products you order are those that appear on this site on the date you placed your order. These prices include VAT. Standard shipping costs are :

- 70.1 kg – 100kg € 119,99

optionally at € 19.99 you will find insurance that covers shipping at 100%.
2. R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE reserves the right to modify its prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error in the calculation system or in the data.
4. Delivery of Goods:
1. All orders placed will be delivered to the shipping address specified by you when placing the order.
2. The delivery date will be considered preferential but not binding for R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE which in any case will do everything possible to ensure punctual compliance. (During periods of high traffic such as holidays such as Christmas, summer holidays etc. etc. the delivery times of the couriers cannot be guaranteed, the shipments are entrusted to the courier always with the extra-fast service, delivery in approximately 24/48 hours, but in the periods described above or in the event of various strikes, these are timescales that are not always respected and R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE cannot also take charge of the delays caused by the couriers).
3. Deliveries can be made exclusively in Europe.
4. It is your responsibility to check the quantity and the good condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
5. In accordance with legislative decree may 22 1999, n.185 (contracts concluded at a distance), the goods travel at the recipient’s risk, therefore R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE is not liable for any theft and/or damage and/or total or partial shortages if there is no payment of the INSURANCE during the order and the signature with reservation of the collection of the package to the courier. The risk of damage or loss of the product passes to the recipient at the time of shipment of the goods (delivery of the package to the courier responsible for subsequent delivery to the customer).
The goods are shipped insured only if expressly requested by the Customer, obviously with a charge of the surcharge relating to the service, in this case you will be 100% protected on the shipment. In the event that you find that the goods are damaged or not compliant with the quantities ordered, you must report it to the carrier and request to sign the delivery document with reservation (Always check that the reserve is inserted) and inform us immediately after delivery. In this case, after verification, we will proceed to the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods, in accordance with your order.
(ATTENTION: we want to focus on this last point, given unpleasant situations in the past, WE REITERATE AND REPEAT that the cost of INSURANCE is at your discretion, if you do not insure packages that may have a value of €50 or €10,000 and unfortunately, after having delivered them to the courier, they do not arrive or arrive broken, missing, damaged, incomplete… WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, as without insurance OUR SHIPMENTS ARE STANDARD (Standard shipments not covered by insurance, by law, we receive a refund equal to 1 euro per kg).
We are not obliged, due to your default or failure to accommodate you, to replace or refund a product entrusted to the courier and never arrived (loss by the courier) or arrived damaged, broken, dented, etc. etc. for having neglected or skipped the insurance side of the shipment.
Given the unpleasant situations in the past of threats of negative feedback or bad publicity, we will no longer have tolerance for this situation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
1. Persuant to article 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, on distance selling, The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below. 2. Only returns of goods in excellent condition and in their original packaging, unopened, and in the shipping packaging used, accompanied by the relevant invoice/receipt, will be accepted. The goods must then be returned to the same address within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product. The transport costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.
4. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS (EVEN PARTIAL).

8.WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR TEST PRODUCTS WHERE THE ACTUAL COMPATIBILITY IS NOT KNOWN.
9. It is possible to request the cancellation of an order in progress, unless it has already been shipped, by sending a request via PEC requesting the cancellation of the order without specifying the reason. Upon receipt of the PEC, R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE will arrange a refund within 14 working days using the same method that the customer used for payment.
6. Return and Warranty
1. R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE accepts returns of products within the timeframes indicated in paragraph 5, with the possibility of reimbursement only in the case of an unused product, or one not produced according to customer specifications. (in the case of a product requested on specifications it is not possible to avail of Returns or Withdrawals, Art. 59 paragraph C of the Consumer Code).
2. R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE accepts product warranties based on the methods communicated to us by the suppliers themselves (after appraisal and checks). In case of guarantees, it is not possible to make Returns with Refunds, but it is only possible to replace the defective product with a new identical product after verification by the manufacturer. In case of a defective product, the return shipping costs will be borne by R2Z MOTORSPORT EUROPE.
3. ATTENTION: in the event that you rely on third parties for a diagnosis and the “product is said or defined as defective”, we will take your product and send it to the supplier for assessment and verification, and in the event that your diagnosis is wrong because the supplier confirms to us that the product has no problems but that the defect is to be found in other areas, you will be charged for the costs of collection, shipping to the supplier, assessment and return of the goods.
