This Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler Kit is a direct-fit upgrade designed to efficiently reduce and stabilize the gearbox oil temperature on your Golf 7 R / Golf 7 GTI / Audi S3 8V / Leon 3 Cupra / Octavia VRS equipped with the DQ250 6-speed DSG transmission.

During fast road driving or track use, the DSG control unit begins to reduce engine power as soon as transmission oil temperatures exceed 138°C. If temperatures climb above 145°C, the DSG clutches no longer receive the required oil pressure—leading to severe clutch wear or even transmission damage.

The Racingline DSG Oil Cooler Kit solves these common issues by adding a highly efficient front-mounted oil cooler, ensuring consistent temperatures, improved reliability, and stable performance even under extreme conditions.
